AMBOY, N.Y. -- One person is dead following a crash in Oswego County. It happened on County Route 17 in Amboy around 12:45 a.m. on Sunday.

The Sheriff's Office said Kenneth Birmingham, 35, lost control on a curve and hit a tree. Birmingham was pronounced dead at the scene. Investigators are still looking into what caused the crash.
