EAST SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- An East Syracuse man has been arrested in connection with a string of burglaries.

Police arrested Brian Baker, 20, for three burglaries that took place between the first and eighth of September. Police estimated that close to $6,000 worth of property was stolen by Baker from residents on Hartwell Avenue, East Irving Street and Spring Street.

Two of the crimes happened this past Saturday. Baker was taken into custody that same night.
