ONEIDA COUNTY, N.Y. -- A Vernon Center man has been arrested for rape in Oneida County.

State Police arrested Glenn Wallis Jr., 27, for two counts of rape in the third degree and two counts of criminal sex act after an investigation into a sexual assault.

Wallis was arraigned in the Town of Vernon Court and sent to the Oneida County Jail on $30,000 bail.
