SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Streets are back open following a huge water main break in Syracuse.

Water burst through the ground on West Fayette Street between Clinton and Franklin streets early Wednesday morning. It took crews about four hours to contain.

It's still uncertain how many homes and businesses were affected.
