MANLIUS, N.Y. -- A man is facing charges after two people were hit by a car in Onondaga County. Manlius police say Sean Clark, 23, hit a 76-year-old man and a 61-year-old woman when they were crossing East Seneca Street at a crosswalk Tuesday night.

They say both victims were taken to the hospital with non life-threatening injuries.

Clark is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation and failure to yield the right of way to a pedestrian in a crosswalk.
