OSWEGO COUNTY, N.Y. -- A former letter carrier for the postal service in Fulton was sentenced Wednesday for defrauding the government out of more than $320,000.

Federal prosecutors say Tracey Raponi, 42, of Martville, received federal worker’s compensation benefits while working for a dog breeding business owned by her husband. She's been ordered to pay back the amount she stole in full and also will serve 18 months in prison.
