BINGHAMTON, N.Y. -- A Binghamton man has been arrested, accused of raping a 14-year-old girl.

Officials say Andrew Leroy, 25, had a sexual relationship with the girl over the course of a month in the Town of Union and in Binghamton.

Leroy has been charged with felony second degree rape. He was arraigned in Johnson City Court and sent to the Broome County Sheriff’s Correctional Facility without bail.
