SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- There seems to be no relief in sight, as gasoline prices continue to rise. The average cost for a gallon of gas in Syracuse rose eight cents in the past week, to $4.07. That's 23 cents higher than just one month ago.
The national average has also increased, to $3.86 a gallon.
