COLORADO -- A fallen Oswego soldier is being remembered by his infantry division at Fort Carson.

Army Specialist Kyle Rookey, 23, died on September 2nd in a non-combat related incident in Afghanistan. A memorial service is being held at the Soldier's Memorial Chapel at the infantry post outside Colorado Springs.

Rookey had served in the Army for two years, operating unmanned aerial vehicles.

Fort Carson says his death is still under investigation.
