Syracuse police investigate shooting
SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- Syracuse police are investigating a shooting that happened around 10:30 p.m. Monday in the 2,000 block of South Salina Street.
Police say Shakeem Kitchen, 23, was shot in the left ankle. He was taken to Upstate University Hospital but is expected to be ok.
Police say Kitchen has been uncooperative with detectives in the investigation. They're still looking for the person or people responsible for the shooting.
