BINGHAMTON, N.Y. -- Binghamton Police have identified the man killed in a hit and run over the weekend.

Police say Jonathan Pratt, 35, was killed and Joseph Dirig, 33, was injured on Saturday night after a vehicle ran a red light while turning left from Main Street onto Front Street.

The driver of the vehicle, Kevin Buie, 29, is charged with felony leaving the scene of an accident and more charges could be filed pending a grand jury indictment and a toxicology report.
