Store owner arrested on child pornography charges

CORTLAND, N.Y. -- A Cortland business owner is in police custody for allegedly possessing child pornography. Police seized computers, thumb drives, compact discs and a cell phone from the record store, Sound City on Main Street.
The store owner, Robert Adams, 62,is charged with promoting and possessing a sexual performance by a child.
Adams was taken to the Cortland County Correctional Facility. Bail was set at $5,000.
The investigation is ongoing, and police say additional charges are possible.
