CAYUGA COUNTY, N.Y. -- One person is dead after an ATV accident in Cayuga County. It happened Friday afternoon on Cork Street in the Town of Scipio.

The sheriff's office says John Czornig, 56, was riding his ATV and was turning into his driveway when he was ejected. Czornig was pronounced dead at Auburn Community Hospital.
