BINGHAMTON, N.Y. -- Two men were arrested in Binghamton for allegedly stealing an ATV. Deputies in Broome County say a Yamaha four wheeler was reported stolen on August 16th, but was spotted by the owner in a trailer on Conklin Avenue.

He then contacted the Sheriff's Office for assistance and after further investigation, authorities discovered that Mohammad Amin, 34, and Sahmly Vannavongsa, 20, had stored the vehicle in Whitney Point before selling it. Both are charged with criminal possession of stolen property and will be arraigned at a later date.
