NEW YORK STATE -- A convicted sex offender has been sentenced for threatening multiple North Country judges.
Steven Willette, 59, of Schuyler Falls, was sentenced to more than three years in prison for mailing threatening letters to four judges while serving a sentence at the Mohawk Correctional Facility in Oneida County.
All four judges were involved with Willette's previous convictions, including sexual abuse and failure to report a change of address as a sex offender.
