ONEIDA COUNTY, N.Y. -- A volunteer assistant coach for the Mount Markham football team has been arrested for rape.

The Oneida County Child Advocacy Center says Fritz Barrett, 24, was arrested by State Police Wednesday for felony rape in the second degree and endangering the welfare of a child. It's not clear when the incident happened or the age of the victim, but officials say that person has been offered services from the Child Advocacy Center.
