ONEIDA COUNTY, N.Y. -- An Oneida County man wanted for questioning following a deadly stabbing earlier this month is now in custody. Frank Aiello, 36, turned himself in to investigators earlier this week after a warrant was issued for his arrest.
He's wanted for questioning regarding the death of Joseph Andrewski, who was stabbed during a fight outside the Taberg American Legion in the Town of Annsville on September 8th.
Another man, Jeremiah Cullen, 29, was also stabbed during the fight. He was treated and released from the hospital.
No one has been charged in Andrewski's death, but Aiello is charged with third-degree assault for allegedly kicking Andrewski's wife while she was on the ground trying to help her husband.
