OSWEGO, N.Y. -- An Oswego man has been arrested on sex charges stemming from multiple incidents last year.

Albert Moody, 69, has been accused of having sexual contact with a 12-year-old victim at a Town of Scriba residence multiple times in October, November and December 2011.

Moody has been charged with criminal sex act, rape, sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child.
