UTICA, N.Y. -- Two people from Utica have been charged after allegations of sexual abuse against a child. The Oneida County Advocacy Center said Jerry McNair is being held for first degree sexual abuse.

Petra Gonzalez is facing a child endangerment charge. Investigators said the case has been turned over to the District Attorney's office. The advocacy center said its offering counseling to the victim.
