ONONDAGA COUNTY, N.Y. -- Interstate 481 south has reopened after an overturned tractor trailer shut it down for about four hours.

The tractor trailer rolled over just before 2:30 p.m. Monday, blocking the south bound lanes. The DOT had to close the roadway between Route 298 and Kirkville Road to move the trailer and clean up debris.
