BINGHAMTON, N.Y. -- A Binghamton man has been arrested after an investigation into the illegal sale of narcotics.

Jack Whitehead, 32, is accused of selling crack cocaine on two separate occasions. When police made the arrest, they say Whitehead was in possession of 46 individually wrapped pieces of the drug. He also had an outstanding arrest warrant that had been issued by the city of Binghamton.
