Man sentenced for making threats against hospital
UTICA, N.Y -- An employee of Faxton-St. Luke's Hospital in Utica was sentenced following an incident earlier this year when he made threats against the hospital.
In January, Elvin Ozoria left a total of 15 notes in the hospital, some threatening to harm staff and patients. He pleaded guilty to the crime back in August and was sentenced Thursday to three years in prison, followed by three years post release supervision.
