SAN DIEGO, CA -- Syracuse University's highly-anticipated men's basketball game against San Diego State is in jeopardy. According to the San Diego Union Tribune, the game scheduled to take place on the USS Midway could be called off.

The paper says the president of the San Diego Sports Commission organized the game, but recently left the organization. That, along with limited seating on the aircraft carrier and the lack of a big sponsor, is threatening the game.

Fox Sports has planned to carry the game on national TV. A Fox spokesman tells the paper they are optimistic they can find a solution.
