ONONDAGA COUNTY, N.Y. -- Upstate New York is no stranger to cold, even frigid temperatures, but that's usually not when you're inside the mall. But the new Destiny Expansion will soon be home to the Ice Museum.

The Ice Museum will feature world class ice sculptures, which will change with the season, complete with an ice bar, plus ice seats and ice glasses. Patrons will even get a parka and gloves when they arrive.

The owner is Stan Kolonko. He is a world-renowned ice carver and native of Camden, New York.
