SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- Syracuse police are hoping surveillance video will help bring new leads in a recent homicide.

This video comes from outside the B&B Lounge on September 30th. That night, Rodney Maddux, 23, was shot and killed. Investigators believe the gunman and a witness are in that video.

The suspect is on the left walking up to the passenger side of the car. The driver could have information in the case.

Detectives are hoping someone will recognize the men in the video.

"We're asking for the public to take a good look at the video. We know it’s a little grainy and a little dark. We're confident that if people know that car, know these people or were down there and have a clue some of these people there, please call CID," said Syracuse Police Sgt. Tom Connellan.
