SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- Traffic was shut down this morning after an SUV collided with a utility pole. It happened on Kirkpatrick Street just after 6 a.m.
Injuries were not severe, but the impact was strong enough to partially snap the utility pole.
National Grid responded to make repairs, and the area has since re-opened to traffic.
