UTICA, N.Y. – There is a traffic alert for drivers in Utica. The State Department of Transportation is planning to close the I-790 ramps to the Thruway for the next three Saturdays so they can do pavement repairs.

The work is scheduled to begin this Saturday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. The final day of work will be October 27th.

Detour routes will be posted and flaggers will be out helping re-route traffic as well.
