OSWEGO COUNTY, N.Y. -- Emergency crews are on the scene of an accident in Parish where a car went into the water.

Oswego County Dispatch tells us that around 930 p.m. Thursday, they received reports of the crash on County Route 26 near Smokey Hollow Road.

Firefighters did get to the victim and removed them from the vehicle, but his condition is not known at this time.
