Two arrested following meth lab bust
SCRIBA, N.Y. -- Two people are arrested in Oswego County following a meth lab bust. Oswego Police searched a home on Hayfly Road in Scriba and say they seized three ounces of meth oil along with materials used to manufacture the drug.
They arrested Andrew Miller, 52, and Heidi Walters, 47, who both live at the residence. They are charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, manufacturing meth and endangering the welfare of a child. Both are behind bars at the Oswego County Jail without bail.
