Second arrest following Wells College vandalism

CAYUGA COUNTY -- The Cayuga County Sheriff's Office make another arrest in connection with the 2011 vandalism of the Wells College President's home and vehicle.
Sheriff's deputies said Jason Colby, 20, was involved in the vandalism while he was a student at Wells College. Colby was arrested at his house in New Hampshire on Wednesday, and extradited to Cayuga County.
He's charged with criminal mischief. Another man was also arrested in connection with the crime back in June.
