DEWITT, N.Y. -- Four people have been arrested for allegedly stealing items from Central New York Home Depots, and later returning the items. The DeWitt Police Department arrested Lotan Mitchell, 30, Everton Mitchell, 59, Shaunell Hammonds, 37, and Sundai Tyler, 29.

Police said the suspects stole an estimated $38,000 worth of products from the stores since 2011. All four suspects have been charged with grand larceny, and falsifying business records.
