UTICA, N.Y. -- Utica Police make a third arrest in connection with a recent robbery at a skateboard park in the city. Investigators said Amere Grosier, 16, was part of a group of several people who robbed a youth at knifepoint at Lincoln Playground on October 3rd.
Two other teens, Monquest Stokely and Justice Hill, both 17, were arrested last weekend in connection with the incident. All three teens are charged with first-degree robbery. Police said their investigation is ongoing.
