PISCATAWAY, N.J. - Take away any of the multitude of mistakes the Syracuse football team made in a 23-15 loss at Rutgers on Saturday and it's easy to think the Orange could have made up that difference and upset the undefeated Scarlet Knights.
Syracuse was intercepted twice and lost two fumbles, had a field goal attempt blocked and returned for a touchdown, and suffered another goal line failure on offense. But as frustrating as the defeat was the team is trying to put that feeling behind it as it looks ahead to UConn Friday night at the Carrier Dome.
