LONG ISLAND, N.Y. -- All eyes will be on Hofstra University in Long Island tonight for the much-anticipated second presidential debate between President Obama and Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney.

Crews are putting the final touches on the stage where the debate will take place. This 90 minute debate will be in a town hall meeting format where both candidates will answer questions from undecided voters.

Candy Crowley of CNN will be the moderator of the debate. She's the first female moderator of a presidential debate in two decades.

Mitt Romney is looking to continue keep his momentum going following his strong debate performance earlier this month in Denver. Obama's campaign says we can expect him to be a more energized President tonight.

The candidates will debate one more time next Monday in Florida.

You can watch tonight's presidential debate from Hofstra University live at 9 p.m. as part of Capital Tonight. We will have post-debate analysis following the debate.
