ONONDAGA COUNTY, N.Y. -- An East Syracuse woman has been sentenced after pleading guilty to criminal solicitation. As a part of a deal, Marnie Nappi will spend the next two and a third to seven years in prison.
Nappi was arrested in September of last year for paying out more than $20,000 to various people in several attempts to have a Minoa man killed. She was arrested after police said she paid an undercover officer.
Nappi was charged with conspiracy to commit murder, but pleaded guilty to a lesser charge of criminal solicitation.
