BRADFORD COUNTY, Pa. -- The man who alleges he was brutally assaulted by Pennsylvania State Police in March 2010, has been released from jail. The Probation and Parole Assistant Director said Robert Leone is out of the Bradford County Jail and under parole supervision.
Leone was convicted of four misdemeanors including resisting arrest, and assault after hitting another car in 2010. That when Leone's family said State Police brutally assaulted him after he was pulled over. The police dash cam video that sparked public outrage was posted on YouTube.
