SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- Syracuse Police are investigating a shooting that left one person injured Saturday night.

Police say a 19-year old man was found with a gunshot wound around 9 p.m. on Will Court near Fabius Street in the city.

The victim was rushed to Upstate University Hospital, where his condition is unknown at this time.
