Chenango County man accused of sexual contact with minors
PLYMOUTH, N.Y. -- A Chenango County man is facing charges after allegedly having sexual contact with two young teens.
Troopers say 36-year-old Delos Holmes from Plymouth had inappropriate contact with two teens under the age of 15.
Holmes was charged with criminal sexual act, rape in the 2nd degree, and two counts of child endangerment.
He's being held in Chenango County Jail on $75,000 bail.
