Binghamton man arrested with $8,000 worth of cocaine
SUSQUEHANNA COUNTY, PA -- A Binghamton man has been arrested on drug charges following a traffic stop in Susquehanna County. State Police in Pennsylvania say they pulled Norman Powell, 45, over after a traffic violation.
Authorities searched his vehicle and say they found 130 grams of powder cocaine in the trunk, which has a street value of $8,000.
Powell is charged with possession with the intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is being held at the Susquehanna County Correctional Facility on $100,000 bail.
