STEUBEN COUNTY, N.Y. -- Jury selection is underway for the trial of a Steuben County man accused of shooting at police. It happened in September of last year.
Police say they tried to pull Richard Vangorden over in Hornellsville. But they say he led them on a chase, swiped a patrol vehicle, and fired shots at them.
Vangorden was eventually taken into custody after a standoff in Wellsville.
