Major drug trafficker found guilty
OTSEGO COUNTY, N.Y. -- A Hobart man has been found guilty of four drug felonies in Otsego County Court.
The jury found Dante Major, 36, guilty after only 40 minutes of deliberation for his possession and distribution of Oxycodone. Major sold more than $75,000 worth of Oxycodone in a six month period, which led to a charge of operating as a major trafficker. His other charges include criminal possession of a controlled substance in the first and third degree.
Major faces up to life in prison and is scheduled to be sentenced on December 14th.
