Man sentenced for burglary and arson
ROME, N.Y. -- A Rome man is sentenced after pleading guilty to burglary and setting a home on fire. Ronald Lamascolo, 60, will spend the next seven years in prison.
Authorities said he set fire to a home on Elmer Hill Road back on June 4. He was sentenced on the charges of second degree burglary and third degree arson. An order of protection and restitution was also ordered.
