JEFFERSON COUNTY, N.Y. -- A Fort Drum soldier and his wife have been arrested after she allegedly had sexual contact with a minor while he watched over the internet.

State Police say Jessica Raymo, 21, had sexual contact with a 15-year-old girl while her husband, Shawn Raymo, 22, watched through Skype in July 2011. He was serving overseas in Afghanistan at the time.

Jessica and Shawn Raymo have both been charged with use of a child less than 17 in a sexual performance and endangering the welfare of a child.
