SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- The man arrested in connection with a homicide outside the B&B Lounge in Syracuse last month has pleaded not guilty.

Anthony Hopper, 25, was arrested Wednesday afternoon and arraigned Thursday morning on charges of murder, assault and criminal possession of a weapon. He's accused of shooting and killing Rodney Maddox, 23.

Maddox and two other victims were shot outside of the bar on South Avenue on September 30th.

Hopper is being held at the Criminal Justice Center.
