Police looking for person who robbed pizza delivery man
ROME, N.Y. -- Rome Police are investigating the robbery of a pizza delivery man.
Police say the victim was approached by a man on the 800 block of Croton Street around 11 p.m. Wednesday when he was attempting to deliver a pizza. The victim told police the suspect implied that he had a gun and demanded money, cell phone and car keys. Police say the suspect then stole the victim's car and drove away.
The car was found abandoned near the intersection of Bloomfield and North George streets. The victim was not hurt during the robbery.
