ELMIRA, N.Y. – Thousands of comic book lovers are expected to come out for Saturday's celebration of comic books and pop culture. The Heroes Comic Shop and Page One Entertainment are hosting the second annual Hero Bot Con.

Visitors can expect to talk with famous artists like Marc Silvestri, Roger Stern and Ron Marz, among others.

Approximately a dozen vendors will be there and more than 50 artists and writers.

Organizers wanted the event to grow from last year's comic con and want people who missed it to come out this year.

Saturday's event will be held at the Family Fitness Center because last year's event attracted a big crowd.

"We also had to turn away vendors and creators last year because we just ran out of space. We didn't want to turn anyone away, we wanted to welcome everyone, so whoever wants to come and enjoy it, we welcome dozens of creators and vendors this year. We wanted to make it all inclusive and exclusive," said Jared Aiosa, Hero Bot Con organizer.

General admission is ten dollars and children 14 and under get in for free. The event runs from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
