Police seize drugs, make two arrests
MASSENA, N.Y. -- Police seized a large amount of heroin and made two arrests in Massena. Following a recent assault on Bishop Street, police obtained a search warrant for the home where it happened.
During their search, officers turned up more than 1,600 bundles of heroin in a bedroom closet. They said the drugs have a street value of over $30,000. Police also arrested two Louisville residents who used to live in the home. Gerald Dissottle, 21, and Megan LaFlesh, 19, are both charged with third degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
