SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- Streets have reopened after an apparent suicide blocked traffic near the Interstate 81 exit to Park Street in Syracuse. The Syracuse Police Department is investigating the death that happened shortly after 12 p.m. near the intersection of Alliance Bank Parkway and Park Street.

They say a man may have jumped from the Route 81 northbound bridge.
