SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- A Syracuse police vehicle was involved in a four car accident Tuesday afternoon.

Officers say the area near Burnet Avenue and Vine Street was congested. An SUV hit the car in front of it, causing a chain reaction.

One person was taken to the hospital, complaining of neck pain.

No tickets were issued at the time and the incident is under investigation.
