SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- Destiny USA is continuing its push to offer entertainment for all ages. And now, it even has an upside-down amusement park for the mind.

WonderWorks is officially open to the public. The amusement park has more than 100 hands-on exhibits covering various topics like natural disasters, imagination and space. It also has the world's largest suspended ropes challenge course, and is located in the canyon section of the mall.

But WonderWorks isn't just for fun, it's also about education.

"Everything that we have is a learning experience. We're actually accredited by the New York State Department of Education for curriculums for grades one through 12. So the great thing is that everything you do here, you're learning. The teacher can teach the class the curriculum that day and then the next day they can come here and do everything hands on,” said Todd Buchko, General Manager WonderWorks.

On Saturday, the first 100 guests will get in for free. WonderWorks is open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day.
